I’m still officially injured but my foot is feeling pretty good right now! I’m being extra careful with it at Crossfit, and I listened to the physio and I’m wearing my running shoes whenever I’m not in the office. That is NOT a good look when you wear a dress but for the sake of healing, I’m willing to do anything!
I’m even going to let someone stick needles into my foot next week. How bad can it be? Surely less painful than having the physio stick his thumbs so deep into the painful spot under my arch that I’m seeing stars and counting my breaths as if I’m giving birth. I have a feeling needles will be a piece of cake.
In other, non foot related news – I’m loving the currently hot weather in London, I’m loving having the house back to ourselves again as school holidays are over and my mom’s gone again, I’m loving evening Crossfit.
I’m also working on a new version of this blog. There will be a minor name change. And there will be a return to Instagram.
